FAQ
How does booking work?
Send a request on the Booking page (name, service, preferred date and time). KJ reviews availability and emails the Makeup Contract & Agreement with payment instructions if the date can be held.
Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is non-refundable. The full balance is due on the booked date.
When are trials available?
Trial days are Monday - Friday, 12pm - 5pm. Weddings and events can start as early as needed.
Do you travel?
Yes. Travel is $1 per mile round trip for on-location services and can be split among the party.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash App and Venmo. Please include your name and service in the payment note. See the Payment page for links.
